Invitation from Bristol Corinthian YC Commodore
Dear Sailor
On behalf of the other Flag Officers, Committee, and Members of Bristol Corinthian Yacht Club, welcome to our 2012 Enterprise Masters National Championship. This sheet provides some key information about the weekend to assist with the smooth running of the event. If you have any questions about the arrangements, please get hold of me or one of the organising committee. Have a great stay at BCYC.

CAR/BOAT/TRAILER PARKING: to ensure everyone can park their car and get their boat to the water, we’ve had to set aside specific parking zones:
· On arrival, unhitch your trailer and leave your boat on the grassy area in front of the car park while you park your car.
· Trailers must be removed to storage areas immediately. Trailers must not be left in the car park
· Once rigged, boats can be left temporarily at the rear of the car park, on the grass or if the water level is high enough, in the (very) shallow water around all slipways.
· After racing on Saturday, boats should be removed to the area at the rear of the clubhouse or the rear of the car park.
· Parking (and camping) must not obstruct emergency access to the club along the reservoir embankment.
· Please observe the 10mph speed limit.
REGISTRATION: will be in the clubhouse at 9 00 am.
BRIEFINGS: Your Race Officer will hold the main briefing in front of the clubhouse, at 10.45. The first start will be at 1200hrs although these times may change and so you should see your class association notice of race for details.
CATERING: Light snacks and hot/cold drinks will be available in the club before registration. For this two day event, two Master’s meals are included in the Entry Fee. Additional tickets for this Meal should preferably be pre booked with the Masters Entry Form. Limited additional tickets can be purchased for £10.00 per ticket at registration. The meal will be served at approximately 19 30 hrs. Snacks will be available during lunch time break (between Race 6 & 7) on Sunday.
CAMPING : you may camp on the grassy area in front of the car park, which continues on the far side of the clubhouse. Campervans are permitted in the car park.
