Our Stand at the Dinghy Show
Our stand in the Main Hall was busy with lots of folk coming for a chat, ask for advice, pick up tips or join as members of the Association. Graham Kirkup and his team worked really hard to put on a magnificent display, with lots of new photographs supplied by Janice Bottomley. The DVDs of Enterprises in action were superb. The two boats on display Martin Bottomley’s new Speed (23248), and reigning Under 21 National Champion Christian Birrell’s new JJ (23249) attracted alot of interest.They demonstrated two different approaches of how set up a fly away pole - lead through the mast step to a block on the king post or to a block and cam cleat on an extended mast step.
